Peanut Butter Pie

Rick Cooks Home Peanut Butter Pie

This is one of Carol's most asked-for recipes, is remarkably easy to prepare, and always a big hit. Its origin is Betty Ebert, Air Force wife of one of Rick's friends of yore (1987). It should be prepared several hours (or a day) in advance.
