I use a Zojirushi Home Bakery to make this and all other jams. This recipe is adapted
from their book.
1 lemon or ½ small grapefruit
2 c sugar
1 package (50g) powdered fruit pectin
Remove zest from the lemon and two oranges and set aside. Remove the pulp
from the lemon oranges (discarding the seeds and pith) and chop. Make
marmalade with pulp, zest, and remaining ingredients.
