A Christmas cookie recipe from Sandy Cooper.

Makes 5 dozen
1 12oz package butterscotch chips
½ c peanut butter
1 7oz can shoestring potatoes
Melt chips in double boiler.
Stir in peanut butter, then stir in potatoes.
Drop heaping spoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper.
Let cool, or chill.
